Temperatures continue to be very high throughout Japan. I recorded a temperature of 50.5 degrees Centigrade outside my house in Nagoya today.
Forecasts are for the area of high pressure over the Japanese archipelago to continue to bring searing heat for the next week.

55.0?My thats is really hot! I spent 6 years in Japan but never heard of 55.0 degree celcius in nihon. To think that summer is almost ending there!
