The establishment is subtitled "Idol Campus" with the girls appearing in a variety of costumes depending on the course selected.



Fashion Health parlors offer oral sex sessions from between 6,000 to 12,000 yen on average per 50 minute "course". The majority of, though not all, fashion parlors routinely bar foreigners from entry.
