A new professional basketball league debuts today in Japan. And it follows an unfortunate but hilarious Japanese tradition of badly choosing an acronym or product name. The "BJ League" will feature six teams based in cities around Japan, and is sure to draw snickers from foreign fans. It joins other badly--some would say deliciously--named goods:
